Remove unused containers
xgb-ci.gpu_build_rockylinux8_dev_verandxgb-ci.gpu_dev_ver.Testing dev versions of Rapids as part of the regular CI pipeline has been difficult, since dev versions of Rapids often broke XGBoost and blocked pull requests.
A better way to move forward is to create a separate nightly CI pipeline to validate XGBoost against latest Rapids. See rapidsai/build-planning#232.
